Hey no. Keep an upper limit. It causes congestion. I actually had a lot of it once and turned out that my sinuses started worsening.

I once ate a glob of wasabi becasue of a dare and had a bad burning sensation in the gut. The nasal passage was burning too! But that lasted only for a few minutes. Later that evening I suffered a bit of stomach pain too. After taking some medicines I was fit again the next morning.
