I have never heard or seen anyone taking camellia oil internally. It is just used in most skin products. I personally have a moisturizer that mentions the presence of camellia oil and it is just great because my skin has become plump and soft.

The unsaturated fatty acids in camellia oil are upto 90%. This percentage is highest among all the edible oils on the market.
