Firstly, sleep enough everyday because lack of sleep can also cause snoring for the time when you are asleep. Then, if at all you are using sedatives, discontinue using them. Of course you’ll require your doctor’s advice on that. Lastly, consume alcoholic drinks during the day and not before sleeping.

We often think of obesity, lack of sleep and all other reasons why we snore but there are parts that require a lot of attention. Chronic allergies that obstruct the air flow in the nose play a huge role in making you make that inadvertent obnoxious sound. Make sure you first treat those.
