Edamame can be cooked by boiling, steaming, and microwave.

  1. To boil edamame, add salt and edamame beans in the water and boil until the beans get tender.
  2. To steam edamame, fill water up to about half-inch in a pot. Put a steam basket over the pot. Cover it with a vessel, steam until it’s ready to eat.
  3. To microwave, take fresh edamame and sprinkle some water on the beans and the bowl as well. Cover the bowl with paper towel. Microwave for 1 minute on high temperature.

I tried eating raw ones and they taste pretty fine. But not for people with tooth issues
