Edamame can be cooked by boiling, steaming, and microwave.
- To boil edamame, add salt and edamame beans in the water and boil until the beans get tender.
- To steam edamame, fill water up to about half-inch in a pot. Put a steam basket over the pot. Cover it with a vessel, steam until it’s ready to eat.
- To microwave, take fresh edamame and sprinkle some water on the beans and the bowl as well. Cover the bowl with paper towel. Microwave for 1 minute on high temperature.
