How to dry bay leaves?

Bay leaves can be placed on a paper towel over a baking sheet to dry. Avoid placing the bay leaves over one another. Keep them in a dark, warm room with proper ventilation and no direct sunlight. They can be left for two weeks to be dried enough; nevertheless, if there is still moisture present, they will require being left for another week.
