Raw walnuts are a primary source of unsaturated fats. Walnuts can be made into walnut butter and can be added to smoothies and brown rice to increase protein content. Walnuts can also be added to breakfast as a topping on cereals. A healthy serving includes 1-2 walnuts per day.
