Having back fat made me really insecure back then. It restricted me from wearing what I wanted to wear. I started eating less thinking it might help me lose weight, but obviously that didn’t help. My brother is a gym-freak so he suggested me his basic diet and exercise routine. I started doing planks, and push-ups initially, then added side-crunches and at the same time maintained my diet. Like replacing potatoes with sweet potatoes, started having food with olive oil, less of bread, etc. I wouldn’t say I have a perfect body right now, but it did help me and frankly exercising also helped me get rid of my insecurities.
