Few years ago my girl dropped hot water on her legs and ended with serious burn marks on both legs. More than the pain, she was crying for the burn marks that wouldn’t completely go. After a few weeks as her bruises were healed, I started researching for some natural ointment that would lighten the marks. I found out that coconut oil was a good option for naturally lightening scars including burn marks and my girl started applying it. It took some months but the marks did get lighter in appearance. One fine day, while discussing about the incident, my friend told me, ‘Why don’t you try aloe vera?’ Although, I was happy with the coconut oil results, I thought why not give it a try. So, I asked my girl to apply aloe vera regularly. It was amazing to see that the burn marks got even lighter!
