Turmeric has great benefits for the skin, it aids in reducing inflammation, is gently detoxifying and purifying. When turmeric is applied to the face as a mask it aids in reducing swelling, cleans out pores and pulls toxins from the skin. I would recommend a Turmeric face mask to use daily or at least a couple times a week. Combine that with dry skin brushing, Vitamin C supplementation (to boost collagen production) and switching over to natural face products as well as consuming a clean anti-inflammatory diet and eliminating any foods you are allergic or intolerant too. Supplementing with a potent multivitamin can help to fill out any nutrient imbalances you may have. It may take some time but before you know it your skin will begin to positively change. By changing my diet, supplementing with a multi and Vitamin C and extra collagen I have successfully transformed my nails on my fingers and toes. There are no more ridges or indent. It may take time but you can positively change your body.

You may try some natural treatments if your skin is slightly uneven but probably for instant result you may want to seek medical treatment. My friend tried both but now prefers the natural remedy. She applies aloe vera gel on her face regularly (or at least thrice a week). It is definitely a very slow process. It took a month or two for her to see the changes. So be patient and don’t leave halfway.
