There are several exercises to reduce belly fat such as cardio which leads to burning fat of belly and legs. Abdominal exercises will work on the whole stomach area which includes lower abs, upper abs, and obliques. Leg exercise works on all major muscles such as quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves. Eliminate fattening foods such as pastries, candy, meatballs etc. and increase your metabolism by eating small and frequent meals.
