There are several exercises to reduce belly fat such as cardio which leads to burning fat of belly and legs. Abdominal exercises will work on the whole stomach area which includes lower abs, upper abs, and obliques. Leg exercise works on all major muscles such as quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves. Eliminate fattening foods such as pastries, candy, meatballs etc. and increase your metabolism by eating small and frequent meals.

This is the hardest thing you will have to do i.e, strict exercise routine and cutting down on fatty foods

Start jogging daily in the morning. Plus point is you’ll feel fresh throughout the day.

I am a runner in Hinsdale, Illinois. My name is Nina Meixner and I will be 65 years old in September, 2018. I jog several times a week but am tired of running with no results. I have heard that swimming or walking may produce better results than walking. My hubby Bob is quite a bit older than I am and can no longer run. I have noticed that my skin is getting quite sun spotted with multiple brown spots from running during the day in summer. I have been unable to bleach these brown spots on my complexion. I have bad knees and have had several operations. I do not think I should continue running. But my husband thinks my thighs are a disfigurement and has threatened to divorce me if I stop running.

Nina, hats off to what you are doing but I think at such times all you can do is keep up and no lose hope. Losing thigh fat is one thing but if your husband thinks they are a pair of misshapes, you should really talk to him because exercise is only best when done within limits.
