I am a digital nomad so I struggled to keep up with my health. But not anymore. After 6 months, I now have a set plan.
Every morning, I ensure to eat only fresh fruits and drink unadultrated juices. This is followed by either 50 push-ups or sit-ups combined with any form of Pranayam (breathing meditation). After this, I have a quick protein shake or oatmeal. Since I am usually doing sightseeing or roaming out, afternoon lunch is usually a heavy meal, which includes trying out local food, having butter, cheese, or anything I wish to try. In the Evening, I ensure to take a stroll at the local market of the place or have a jog or run (basically any form of a walk for at least 5 km). The supper is only a soup or a salad.
I know i t is a tough one to follow but I stick to this routine because the results are incredible!

Even during vacations, I lose weight running after my kid who is 2 years old. He loves jumping all around and runs after anything that attracts him. I finish more km running behind him than I do on the treadmill.
