Amlas are to be cut, and their seeds need to be removed. The amlas are to be cut into small pieces and put in the mixer to form a juice. This can be repeated until the required amount of juice is extracted. 1 kg of amla can distribute up to 600-700 grams of juice. The juice can be blended with water and honey for regular consumption.

You just need to cut it into small small baby pieces and add it in the blender.
