The process of making blue vervain tea is the same as the making of an infusion. The recommended dose is one teaspoon dried blue vervain or around three teaspoons of freshly crushed blue vervain herb per glass of water. Steep it for 5 to 10 minutes. Grass-fed milk or raw honey can be added to add a sweet taste to your tea.
