Rinse blueberries in a strainer with cold water to remove soil dirt, bugs, pesticide residue and other debris. Turn on your juicer and add the rinsed blueberries into it. It is better to use a slow speed juicer as it can reduce the blueberry oxidation during the juicing process. Add a squeeze of lime into the fresh juice of blueberries to increase the flavor and serve.

You can easily squash them or grind them on adding some water to it or even milk
