Raspberry muffins can be made by combining 2½ cup of flour, 1½ cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 cup of whole milk, ½ tablespoon of salt, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of vanilla extracts and 1½ cup of frozen raspberries. They are to be mixed well with ½ cup butter. Eggs and 1 cup of buttermilk are then added and mixed until the dehydrated ingredients become moist. Berries are then added and baked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until they are brown.
