Boil about 1L of water in a pot. Put 15 grams of dried hibiscus flower sepals into the boiled water. Close the lid of the pot and wait for 10 minutes until the water embraces the pleasant odor and tart taste of the flower. Pour the water into a cup through a filter paper or fine strainer. Sip and enjoy!
