Add water in a pan or kettle and boil it. Add thyme leaves in a teapot and pour boiled water onto the thyme leaves. Let it rest for about 15 minutes and pour the tea into teacups using a strainer, and add sugar or honey as per your taste and serve hot. The tea can be stored in a refrigerator for about a week.
