How to store ginger in honey?

Firstly, peel the ginger and slice it into small pieces. Add ginger to a glass jar and allow honey to completely cover the ginger. Place a lid on the jar and let it rest in sunlight and store for about 4-6 weeks after which you can take the ginger out of the honey and enjoy the honey as well.
