Apple cider vinegar is an excellent addition to your weight loss diet. For it to be useful in your food, you can mix 1-2 teaspoons of the vinegar in 8 ounces of water and drink before each meal. You can also mix it in smoothies!

Since it is vinegar you wont drink it right directly so you can just add it in your food while cooking.
