If you want to quickly lose weight, add 1 tbsp. of coconut oil in a cup of hot water and drink it 20 minutes before a meal. Do this 3 times a day, and it will reduce your appetite as well as help in reducing the belly fat. Swallowing 1 tbsp. of coconut oil before a meal is another way to lose weight.
