Quail eggs were traditionally used in Ancient Egypt, Japan, and China because of their healing benefits. Later, it was found that these eggs have beauty benefits. Adding organic quail eggs to your daily diet will help in the growth of hair and increase its volume. Applying a mask on the face by mixing a quail egg with 2 drops of lemon juice for 15 minutes will help in nourishing the skin.

I apply the white of Quail eggs on my face as a mask and leave it for 15 – 20 mins. Then I wash it with lukewarm water. Yes, that’s the secret of my young smooth skin even at 48.
