No worry of pregnancy may be one of the biggest cause of this. Unprotected multi-partner sex is bound to cause HIV.

Hey mate,

I don’t know about your situation but in my case, I had to make my partner understand that being gay doesn’t mean he can get away with infidelity. My partner was a sex-addict and although he loved me he had multiple affairs. I explained to him about my emotions and how I feel hurt when he does that. After about 9 months of struggle, visiting several doctors and using different techniques, he is finally learning to respect our relationship and my emotions. If you face a similar problem, just discuss about it with your partner.
