Actually, I also read that peppermint tea not only relaxes your muscles and helps you sleep better, it also helps you dream more vividly. *woot woot*

Hahaha.. I can feel that! I went through a similar situation. Ended up sleeping in the meeting. Lol! Later, I found out that peppermint tea is actually a sleep-inducing tea. Therefore, you should drink this tea before going to bed.
