I have read that almonds are high in oxalate. I have had calcium oxalate (stone analysis) kidney stones in the past. Should I avoid eating almonds?

According to what I have read, very less amount of oxalate is absorbed through our diet. So I am assuming completely avoiding almonds is not needed.
