For starters, stop smoking if you do already. And avoid foods that actually cause gas. Heavily spiced food is actually a big no-no for anyone who has stomach problems. Include foods like yogurt, celery, tomatoes, zucchini, banana, and avocados in your diet. Start drinking lemon water in morning everday. Also, here’s a tip, eat a small slice of salted ginger before your meals. Will help you digest food big time.
