I’m 20 and have white hair. Any diet I could follow to stop growing white hair?

Yes, black tea works. But I usually apply custard oil with mustard oil an hour before washing my hair or before going to bed. Mix both the oils and store it, much more handy solution than others.

Lately I am coming across many kids who are having the same problem. Having white hair at this young age is very common nowadays sadly. Probably because the lifestyle you kids follow is very different than what we did. Not eating right to stressful schedule everything adds up and results in this. I was reading about benefits of black tea when I thought of quitting milk-based beverages. Apparently applying black tea directly to your hair lessens the growth of white hair. I cannot try it because I think my salt and pepper hair are the cause of aging! But you can look for that therapy.
