Alfalfa should not be taken along with warfarin as it decreases the effect of warfarin.

Alfalfa is a rich source of vitamin K, which helps blood clot. Warfarin, on the other hand, is used to slow down blood clot. Therefore, they both work in opposite directions. This means they are a bad combination.
