Is almond milk good for thyroid function?

Almond milk is a good option to improve thyroid function, but it should not be consumed on a daily basis. Almond milk should be preferred to cow milk for its high-protein content. Consuming a plain flavor rather than vanilla, chocolate or any other flavor is suggested as they would be high in sugar as compared to plain almond milk.
