Amla has been considered an excellent hair tonic for ages. It can be used to combat several hair problems such as premature greying, hair fall, and dandruff. It helps in strengthening the hair, prevents premature greying as it helps fight pigmentation, and makes the hair thicker and stronger. It can also be used to condition the hair as well as address challenging scalp problems.

Instead of taking so much effort to make the juice eat amla directly and you will get the same benefits.

Eating the fruit is also fine, but if you going to resort to the juice then to see your efforts pay off make dsure that the juice touches your scalp and massage well after that.
