Bilberry is good for improving night vision as well as vision handicap in low light. It has a high amount of certain chemicals called anthocyanoside, which help in improving retinal disorders associated with diabetes. Bilberry also protects against glaucoma and cataracts, and it is anti-inflammatory and provides antioxidant defense.
