I had always believe in applying natural stuff like my ancestors had done for medicinal purposes. I had been consuming this oil for 3 or 4 months now and I notice certain benefits from it. Especially weight loss. :D

I used coconut for one month , loved what it did to my hair , skin and teeth (gums) but I haven't seen any weight loss yet.
