Yes, coconut oil is a good source of lauric acid, which kills the bacteria that causes acne. Applying coconut oil directly to the skin will moisturize your skin and help in removing acne scarring. People with oily skin are advised not to apply coconut oil directly to the skin and instead consume edible coconut oil.

Yes it is but dont use it so often also. Can add it with cooking to get overall benefits of this

It is good for acne but dont keep it on too long also else blockage of pores can lead to acne

The comments here are true. Coconut oil for dry skin may work well as a moisturizer. For acne prone skin it works well when applied in moderation. Just don’t apply too much of it on the skin else you will end up blocking your skin pores and accumulate more oil.
