Depression in diabetes can occur due to various psychological and physiological reasons. My brother suffers from diabetes since past 1 year and I have seen his health deteriorate like anything. Excessive stress, sitting like a couch potato and his unhealthy eating habits. All of these along with his worsening blood sugar reports lead him to grave depression.
Take care buddy! Don’t get yourself into two grave health conditions.
