Yes absoutely, I have been drinking green tea since quite a lot of years now. Green tea is great detox. When I started gyming few years back, I became very cautious about my diet. I started having black coffee, to cut down on the sugar. Then one of my friend suggested me green tea as a replacement! I hated black coffee initially because of the bitter taste, and to my disappointed green tea was no better. But I developed a taste for it, as I was determined to lose weight. I work out, maintain a diet and have green tea, so I will not say that it’s the only thing which has helped me tone my body but it definitely has largely helped me.

I had my summer vacation planned to Florida. Because of my finals I just couldn’t work on my summer body. I read a blog that said I can get a flat stomach in 3 weeks by just having green tea! As a teenager then I was too curious to get that flat stomach. So, I ordered a green tea which was 5X rich in antioxidants compared to other standard ones. Obviously, I did not get a complete flat stomach but I developed a habit for it as I had started feeling great. It helped in better digestion and in some ways it also helped me improve my apetite. I still thank my teen self for this.
