Yes, cannabis coconut oil is highly potent when consumed raw and therefore, even a small amount goes a long way. Consuming cannabis coconut oil baked into food is a waste effort as its efficacious properties are lost in the process. You can preferably take it with a toast smeared with peanut butter. Start with a small amount of CBD coconut oil if you have no idea as to how much of it should be consumed.
