Fenugreek seeds are very beneficial for an individual if consumed in the morning after soaking in water overnight. Consuming it on an empty stomach relieves symptoms of acidity and sprouted fenugreek also has a benefit of regulating blood sugar level. Consuming soaked fenugreek is beneficial for balanced digestion and keeping gastric problems at bay.
