Black pepper essential oil has a warming effect on the body so it helps to relieve back pain. You can also mix it with coconut oil and apply topically before workouts to reduce muscle stiffness.

I used to suffer from severe back pain a year ago. A friend of mine suggested using black pepper oil in conjunction with ginger oil. This is by far the best massage blend for relieving back pain.
