Yes fennel seeds help fight GERD. You can include them in your diet in many forms. Fennel tea is the easiest as you can get ready tea bags or you can make the tea at home. Take 2 tablespoons of minced cilantro and 2 teaspoons of fennel seeds. Now boil them with 2 cups of water in a saucepan. It should take about 5-10 minutes. You can remove the pan from heat and strain the tea.
