It is completely okay to eat grapefruit or drink its juice before going to bed as it is low in calories and rich in vitamin C and potassium. It is very fresh and keeps you satiated for longer intervals of time. Eating grapefruit before bed does not interfere with your sleep pattern since it is low in natural sugar which is known to keep you awake at night.

There wont be any harm actually since it is not acidic but it helps to cope with acidic food
