Honey with cold or warm water in the morning is good for health as it removes toxins from the body but using warm water instead of cold helps in dissolving the honey faster. 1 tbsp. of honey will add approximately 65 calories to your body and help you digest your food better. The concoction also promotes clearer skin and increases immunity.

This is a good combination like a milkshake but dont make it too sweet else you know your sugar levels will be going high.
