No, cashews are termed as one of the lowest fiber nuts and consuming too many cashews leads to weight gain and high sodium intake. High sodium intake leads to high blood pressure, kidney diseases, stroke and heart diseases. Cashews contain many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants but over-consumption of it does not promote good health.
