You can save multiple lives. I don’t see that to be harmful in anyway.

The recipient is always at a risk of a diseases in case of organ donation as the donor may or may not be healthy. It has happend a couple of times that the donor may not face any health issue but the beneficiary is diagnosed with a disease like cancer which happens to have originated in the donor’s body.
