I am not sure how each of these can compare but I use rice bran oil for frying. Gives a nice flavor and adds a healthy touch to the dish.

A 100g serving of rice bran oil contains 20g of saturated fat, 35g of polyunsaturated fat,
and monounsaturated fat 39g and alpha lipoic acid is a naturally occuring compound in foods like red meats, broccoli, spinach, etc.
