Spinach is a leguminous plant, which is rich in iron and folate. Iron and folate are important for preventing birth defects, abnormalities and also for enhancing memory. It prevents anemia, relieves body pains, and strengthens the immune system. It also contains calcium.

You can add spinach with some paneer, its a good recipe the Indians have and delicious as well.
