Owing to the multiple health benefits of thyme, it is safe to say that thyme tea helps your arthritis. Thyme, a member of the mint family, offers you antibacterial properties, antirheumatic properties and other medicinal properties which help in improving your blood circulation as well as decreasing the concentration of various toxins in your bloodstream.

Thyme is a herbal disinfectant and also somewhat known as an anti-inflammatory (it's commonly used for sore tonsils). When dealing with arthritis you want to take your overall diet into consideration as well; i.e. it should not be the only thing you take to help you. However, thyme is definitely an asset when dealing with rheumatic pain from arthritis.
