Turmeric and lemon juice are great for your health. Taken in the morning it aids in stimulating digestion, aids in reducing inflammation, cleanses the mouth and invigorates the body. There are so many benefits to turmeric consumption, the best one with this combination is its positive effect on digestive health and healing, preventing dyspepsia, peptic ulcers, aids in the healing of leaky gut and promotes detoxification. Lemon juice, especially when it is freshly squeezed (not the bottled pasteurized one, even if it is organic) is a great source of flavonoids, phenols, and antioxidants. Apart from stimulating digestion it also boosts the immune system, strengthens bones, teeth and gums (which turmeric does too). The combination is a winning one.
