Vitamin B6 is often described as a complete home remedy to treat hair loss and promote hair growth. Pyridoxamine, present in the vitamin helps in increasing the amount of blood content reaching the hair scalp and hair follicle. Apart from this, the vitamin also prevents factors such as dandruff, thus contributing towards the growth of hair.

2 years ago I got infected by health issues back to back due to poor immunity. Among the other problems I also faced hair loss issues. Months of treatment helped me recover except for the hair loss issue. I met a skin specialist who told me that I am suffering from hormonal imbalance and that is the cause of hair loss. She prescribed vitmain B6 supplements. and after eating the supplements I can see a reduction in hair loss. I can also see hair growth but the pace appears to be slow. Neverthless am happy to be back on track.

Vitamin B6 helps maintain healthy hair, because it nourishes and promotes health hair and scalp, prevents hair loss and makes it strong.

Studies show that vitamin B6 supplements promote hair growth, improve the condition, and treat alopecia in some patients.

Vitamin B6 stimulates hair follicles to regrow growth and treats the dandruff problem.
