Ylang Ylang, pronounced as “alang-alang,” is native to Indonesia and Philippines. Its flowers as well as fruits are used for various purposes. Although the ylang ylang fruit is edible, it is not used in any foods. However, the fruit is used to make delicious tarts in its native countries.
