  • What kind of coconut oil are you guys using, I heard only virgin coconut oil works, but what about the stuff they sell at grocery stores, for instance Lou Ann coconut oil, wondering if that would also work?Anyone?

It is important to read the label on your coconut oil. Pressed raw coconut meat (extra virgin or virgin coconut oil) resulting in an unrefined oil, which is also the most nutrient dense, antioxidant-rich and beneficial. Not treated with chemicals, it has a pleasant coconut smell and taste. If coconut oil is lacking in taste and smell you have refined oil. Refined oil is bleached, deodorized, hydrogenated and has sodium hydroxide added to it.
