Dear Lisa, first of all my heart goes out to you and I pray for your husband’s good health. As much as I’d like to help you, I don’t think the following information is going to be of much use – but here goes, there is no scientific evidence whatsoever about the beneficial effects of frankincense oil for the heart or for stroke patients. Frankincense oil is not even effective for stage 4 lung cancer. I’d suggest you continue the medicines that the doctor has prescribed and consult a counselor for your husband. If he is facing difficulty with speech or physical movement because of the stroke, then you should look for physical and speech therapy. Make the most of time you and keep the faith and hope alive. Love, V
